At Precision Fence & Deck Floor Systems, we’ve been providing quality fence and deck installation services for over 30 years. We specialize in building strong, long-lasting structures by using  high quality materials and by staying up to date with the current building codes. Each project presents a unique circumstance that oftentimes warrants creative solutions; which is what we bring to the table.  

Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers by listening to their needs and providing them with resources for all of their home improvement needs.

If we are unable to perform the requested service; we also have reliable and highly skilled contractors that we can refer you to.

We offer Quality Workmanship at Fair Prices.  Precision Fence & Deck Floor Systems will correct any issues with our workmanship within 1 year of installation.

We hand-pick our building materials and assure we use the highest quality materials available to us for each project.  Our Goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction.  We rely on Customer Referrals and repeat business to help our business grow.  We educate our Customers on the importance of maintaining the structures that we install by providing each Customer with Detailed Maintenance Information.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH

Here is Our Process

  • You contact us and we set up a Meeting.

  • We meet and provide samples of our work and  assess your project.

  •  We collect our estimate Fee; which is waived if you decide to move forward with us. 

  • We send an electronic Estimate for your consideration.

  • Next; we send a formal agreement and Deposit Payment Instructions.

  • Upon receipt of your signed agreement and deposit; we provide your tentative start date

  • When we're all done; we inspect our work; and final payment is due.

  • We stand by our promise to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.
